Echelon Front, LLC is a consulting business that they both founded together.
Leif Babin was born in Woodville, Texas, United States. He is a former United States Navy SEAL officer, co-author of the New York Times bestseller Extreme Ownership and co-founder of Echelon Front, where he serves as President/Chief Operating Officer, leadership instructor, speaker, and strategic advisor. Leif, served in the Navy for thirteen years, nine of which he was a member of the SEAL Teams.
